News of a religious nature? What about general news reported from a Christian perspective? Oh! and checks for spelling and typo’s should be made before publishing.
Best of luck/go forward with Jesus’ blessing.

I fully agreee with John Wilkes. General news reported from a Christian perspective should be your Unique Selling Point (USP). With so many other Christian Publications out there, it would be nice to see something refreshing, which still maintains the message of Christianity, but which reaches out to a wider range of readers.
Good concept. Best of luck and God’s blessing….AMEN…

Yes, I too agree with John Wilks, especially his point about spelling and typo’s, also some sentences are not really grammatical. Do take care over these things – they are every bit as much a matter of Christian testimony as the news content and comment. When God has finished making the world, He saw that it was very good: endeavour to be able to say the same of your paper. It is a brave attempt. May you be granted success where others have failed (I still lament the demise of the Christian Herald).

This is a first-class publication! May the vision continue to grow and become an established force in the UK and beyond. The ‘typos’ seem to have disappeared in my view…

PRESS INFORMATION
CHRISTIANS FROM MANY DIFFERENT CHURCHES WALK TOGETHER BETWEEN SALFORD CATHEDRAL AND MANCHESTER CATHEDRAL. THE OBJECTIVE IS TO PRAY TOGETHER AND PROMOTE A GREATER SENSE OF CHRISTIAN UNITY.
THE WALK IS CALLED :- WE ARE ONE!
Manchester’s great Walk of Christian Witness is to be held on Saturday 28th November 2009 starting at 10.15 am.
The Walk will start from Salford Cathedral with Bishop Rt. Rev Terence Brain, the Catholic Bishop of Salford. He will be joined by the Mayor of Salford, Councillor Roger William Lightup
The walkers will then move to Manchester Cathedral for a service led by Bishop Rt. Rev Nigel McCulloch (Bishop of Manchester) who will be joined by the Lord Mayor of Manchester, Councillor Alison Firth.
The Walk is through central Manchester, Bridge Street, John Dalton Street and Cross Street, past the Arndale Centre.
The organisers are inviting Christians from across the various nationalities and church denominations and traditions within Greater Manchester. St John’s Gospel relates the story about how the Apostles fished all night without success and in the morning Jesus told them to go out and cast out their nets again. They were completely staggered because they had caught 153 fish. The number 153 was a symbolic number of all the various nationalities in the world. That is why the invitation to the WE ARE ONE walk is send out so widely.
How many languages are now spoken in Greater Manchester? How many nationalities now live in Greater Manchester? Well over 100 – possibly nearer 120 or 130. So we want them to be represented. Thus that great story is so meaningful to the Christian Church in Greater Manchester today.
The advertising invites “Africans, Americans, Anglicans, Asians, Baptists, Caribbeans, Catholics, Congregationalists, Copts, Chinese, Europeans, Episcopalians, Evangelicals, Indians, Jews Who Believe in Jesus, Methodists, Orthodox Christians, Pakistanis, Pentecostals, Presbyterians, Salvationists, United Reformed, and many more.” Thus everybody is invited.
The organisers encourage participants from around the world to bring their national flags (or other flags) to the Walk.
Pray and Praise as One – Be seen together as One
